Led By
MICHAEL MARCHAND
President, ProjectYM
Michael is a facilitator, strategist, and innovator committed to investing in the adults who make a difference in the lives of young people. For the last 12 years, as cofounder and president of ProjectYM, he has worked to address the number one reason youth ministers leave ministry: feeling alone, isolated, and unsupported.
That’s why community is at the heart of everything he does – whether training leaders across the country, fostering intentional mentorship through small groups, or creating spaces marked by radical hospitality that renew and sustain those who serve.
With over 20 years of experience in Catholic youth ministry, Michael is able to facilitate practical and strategic conversations that make real difference in their ministries back home.
Aaron Frazita
Mission Trip Director, Hearts in Motion
Aaron has spent over 25 years serving youth and youth ministers in the Archdiocese of Louisville – as a parish youth minister, diocesan leader – and nationally through his work with NFCYM and NCYC. Today, he directs mission trips for Hearts In Motion, leading service experiences across the U.S. and Central America.
His own passion for service was ignited in high school, when he was invited to serve locally in Indiana and internationally in Haiti—an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to living out his Catholic faith through action, justice, and accompaniment.
He now works to integrate service and discipleship, helping young people encounter Christ through action and accompaniment. He holds degrees in Psychology, Theology, and a Master’s in Spirituality from Bellarmine University.
We're Going to GetPRACTICAL
This is not a theoretical conversation. We're looking for parish leaders who are ready and willing to make changes to the way youth ministry at their parish works – not just brainstorm ideas. For this format to work, you need to be willing to talk honestly about what's working and not working at your parish.
Are you ready to get REAL?
We'Ll CONTINUE THE Conversation
You'll leave this in-person session with an action plan – but an action plan only works if you take action. We've learned the best way to make that happen is through built in accountability.
You'll be part of a private group on Thrive where you can share your progress, ask questions, and brainstorm ideas.
Thrive Intensive Sessions are only open to A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARISHES (one leader per parish).
