A Thrive Pro Group (or what we sometimes call "a mastermind group") is a group of people who have the goal of helping each other achieve success. They bring together people of different strengths, different stages and phases of ministry, and encourage peer brainstorming, group problem solving, accountability, and support so that each member can THRIVE.

We know that you are incredibly busy, so to make sure you get the most out of your Thrive Pro Group, we stick to a pretty consistent format each week.

The 65 minute meeting takes place in a Thrive Live Room and includes:
Individual check in and accountability.
20 minute brainstorming and problem-solving session for the member in the hot seat.
A 10 minute youth ministry Tip or Trick session led by another group member.
Group prayer and reflection.Plus ongoing group conversation in a private space within the Thrive Community.

Thrive Pro Groups are inspired by one of our favorite things in the whole world – small groups. Like traditional small groups, Thrive Pro Groups create an opportunity to make real relationships with each other, gain accompaniment and accountability, and use our own skills and expertise to help others be successful and joyful.
